AREA OF EXPERTISE

Gregory S. Bustamante is currently the President of Criterium-Bustamante Engineers Inc., with responsibilities as senior engineer for residential/commercial inspections and investigations, and structural/civil engineering projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Gregory is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He began his professional work in 1983 with consulting engineering firms before opening Criterium-Bustamante Engineers, Inc. in 1993.

As part of Criterium-Bustamante Engineers Inc., he has been involved in evaluating residential and commercial buildings and properties, including structural design repairs. For commercial real estate services, the disciplines include Property Condition Assessments (PCA), construction monitoring and Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Also, providing consulting engineering services to Community Associations, including reserve fund analysis, transition studies, construction monitoring and investigations. A major discipline for his company has been civil engineering projects such as site development, surveying, stormwater management and septic system designs.

Prior to opening Criterium-Bustamante Engineers, Inc., Gregory gained vast experience in Municipal Engineering which included reviewing the aspects of land development and subdivision projects, public meeting participation, capital improvement projects, specifications, building code evaluation, structural, stormwater management and utility design.

Prior to his experience as a Municipal Engineer in Pennsylvania, he was involved with both New Jersey and New York State DOT design projects, which included roads and bridges, and bridge inspection and evaluation. The aspects of these projects included computer modeling, site grading, stormwater management, highway design, bridge ratings, and traffic layout.
